Are you ready to start your investment relationship with First Citizens Investment Services?

Before you begin, just a few things FIRST:

​​• Have you spoken to one of our advisers regarding which investment offerings are best for you?

​• Be sure to have within easy reach your:

​• Two (2) forms of identification - Your National Id, Drivers Permit or Passport. These should not have expired and should reflect your name and signature being used for your account opening.

• Proof of Address - This can be a utility bill or bank statement in your name not older than 6 months. Mobile bills cannot be used. If the bill being used is not in your name, please have the owner of the bill provide a letter confirming you reside at the address on the bill and coloured copy of owner’s ID.

• Proof of Income - Either a salary slip or Job Letter or Pension documents not older than 1 month. If you are self-employed, a 3 year bank statement and the supporting receipts/invoices showing the inflow of income, as well as the company’s certificate of registration and 3 years’ projected financials are required.
